Reminders • All sales are final; tickets may not be exchanged if better seats open up at a later date • Ticket prices include admission to Biltmore House & Gardens. • If you purchased a concert ticket with a daytime estate admission (Biltmore House and grounds) visit, then you may use your estate admission on the day of the concert or the following day only. • Tickets being held must be picked up at the Reception and Ticketing Sales Center by 7:30 p.m. • Your concert ticket permits estate entry at 4:30 p.m., unless you have dinner reservations for an earlier time. • Dining reservations and picnic options are available; call toll-free 866-336-1255 for more information. • Seating for general admission is on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 6:15 p.m. Concerts begin at 8:00 p.m. • Shuttles to the concert area are available from the parking lots. • Accessible seating for scooters and wheelchairs is available on the Library terrace. Scooters and wheelchairs are not permitted in the general seating area due to safety concerns.
Concert Guidelines • The concert will start promptly at 8:00 p.m. Once on the estate, please allow a minimum of 45 minutes to get to the concert area. • Please keep concert tickets with you at all times. Guests must sit in the seats for which they have tickets. Only guests with reserved tickets will be allowed in the reserved seating section. • Smoking is not permitted in the concert venue. • Please be aware that bags are subject to being searched each time you enter the concert area. • No outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed in the concert seating area. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on Biltmore property; failure to observe this policy could result in removal from the concert and estate. • No recording, filming, photography, or taping of concerts is allowed. • Firearms (open or concealed carry) are not permitted on Biltmore Company property. • Concerts are held rain or shine; no umbrellas are allowed in the concert seating area. • If severe weather occurs, you will be guided to safe shelter. • In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all concert goers, guests shall comply with instructions given by Biltmore personnel. • Guests who do not comply with the concert guidelines may be asked to leave the property and will not receive a refund. • Guests who become intoxicated or engage in disruptive conduct may be removed without refund. • Check biltmore.com for last minute changes or updates. • Children 12 and under are not permitted in the concert venue.
Refund Policy Concert tickets are non-refundable and good only for the concert for which they are sold. If the concert occurs but the ticket is not used, no refunds are issued. If the performer or Biltmore cancels the concert, tickets are void and refunds will be automatically distributed within 6–8 weeks of the event. In the event a concert is rescheduled, the ticket is good for the new date or you may return your unused ticket within six weeks of the original concert date for a full refund. Up-to-date information will be posted at biltmore.com. In the event a concert has to be canceled or rescheduled, we will also attempt to notify ticket holders by the cell phone number provided when you purchased tickets.
