Inspired by the collision between plants in the greenhouse and fair-faced concrete. People can feel the warmth of plants and can also make a strong contrast with concrete materials. Then aesop makes skin care products and uses natural, non-polluting herbs. Therefore, the entire space surrounded the plants, so that employees feel nature at all times.

This project is to establish a new company in Thailand for Aesop. Renovated with an old, large warehouse that with offices, meeting rooms, and a coffee shop and lab dedicated to the company. More area as a co-woking space breaks the traditional boring office style.

A SIHEYUAN is a historical type of residence that was commonly found throughout China. Throughout Chinese history, the SIHEYUAN composition was the basic pattern used for residences, palaces, temples, monasteries, family businesses, and government offices. In ancient times, a spacious SIHEYUAN would be occupied by a single, usually large and extended family, signifying wealth and prosperity. A SIHEYUAN offers space, comfort, quiet and privacy. With plants, rocks, and flowers, the yard is also a garden, family members talked with each other here, creating a cordial atmosphere.

ALL DAY DINING

The all-day dining provided by the hotel is a boutique Chinese restaurant that is not only available to guests but also to other guests. The restaurant is mainly divided into two parts, indoor and outdoor, and the outdoor part is linked to the river bar. The indoor restaurant offers 45 locations. And there is an open kitchen that gives guests a new Chinese food experience and a culture of Chinese food. The furniture uses a square shape of the Eight Immortals table. The terms use materials because the space is not bright, the white marble floor and white wall are used to make Space look brighter, and the dark oak is used as the color of the furniture. In some small details, some totems of bats are used, which means peace and blessing. 18

RIVER BAR & POOL DECK

The name of the original building is the bat warehouse through the investigation of the owner of the original building, I learned that it is the Li family from China, and because it is a relationship from China, I know that life in a foreign country must be full of difficulties and confusion. The bat is the same as the pronunciation of 福 (fú)in Chinese characters, so the Li family wants to be full of blessings and good fortune in the life of Thailand through the naming and design of the building. In traditional Chinese culture, bats are symbols and their performance patterns are very beautiful. The Chinese words for (蝠), and good blessing(福)share the same pronunciation, /fú/. It is very common to find this symbol of good luck on traditional Chinese windows, tableware, clothing, and amulets. To express the hope of a happy life. Bats are one of the most common lucky culture and auspicious patterns.

4, We inspired from Ermanno’s expressions using wave movements to combine Portovenere's natural landscape architecture and humans into one story. Analyzing the shape and story of the waves based on the movie's story, and gave each story a story and view. And the way to see the natural landscape of Portovenere is to feel the same while experiencing the hotel. We think that the most natural architecture is something that we can know and feel without being aware of it. Walking along the movement and shape of the waves, you can feel the story of each space. Wherever you walk, the space will open to enjoy the natural scenery of Portovenere. We think that the most natural architecture is something that we can know and feel without being aware of it. Walking along the movement and shape of the waves, you can feel the story of each space. Wherever you walk, the space will open to enjoy the natural scenery of Portovenere.

Inspiration Inspired by L’Onda short movie. Portovenere has its own uniqueness : continueal horizon, wide view, world heritage and history. To make connection between the outside landscape and inside space, so we can experience the story of Portovenere. The movie shots a series of scenes to present the different perspectives in Portovenere, then it seems to capture the melody of the sea and is masterpiece of its kind. It describes the story through the changing of wave. Following the time line and the altitude we are all drawn into a unique landscape melody of Portovenere to the hotel space . 28

30

This spatial structure is the biggest advantage of Portovenere. Regardless of where we stand or wherever we walk, we can feel that Portovenere's sea, architecture, and nature at one time are the most intrinsic value of this region.

It was our design works to bridge the relationship between nature, architecture, and humans that were destroyed by architecture. But what we can do now is only in a given structure. With the structure itself already blocking the gap between nature and humans, we had to find a solution. From the sea to the harbor, from the hotel to the cliffs. So we used L’Onda from the movie Ermanno Olmi, which borrowed from Portovenere's natural landscape and elements. Ermanno Olmi shows the natural landscape of Portovenere in the film. The sequence of the horizon, the harbor, the people, the architecture, and the sky is a natural landscape that can be felt and seen when traveling on foot in Portovenere. After that, the film focuses on the movement of waves. It shows various forms of waves, from gentle waves to intensely swung waves. What is noteworthy here is that Ermanno used wave movements to express the movie's story.

5, Confined Sense Reveal your potential, discover to share

In the 21st century, because of the speed of technology and tools, we started to lose our senses, our own being. The change in our traditional way of living led humanity to begin to lack its central values, such as the environment and the conversation practices in our society. Hence, continuous popular trends replaced the core meanings of the purpose of our existence. Through these kinds of issues back in history, we needed some landmark values, which will remind our memory; thus, religions and cultures were some of the best examples of these landmarks. As a design team, we wanted to focus on the new way of remembering by using the primary cause of this memory issue, technology. We asked these questions to drive our idea to our design outcome; "How we can establish the language/connection not just between the individuals from our species, but different values which define us as a human for the last 300 thousand years?" "What are the base values of civilized human species that can reproduce itself?" "What are the possibilities of technology and human as an adaptive source in spacial design?". As a conclusion of the research and brainstorming, the design team concentrated on a remembrance place, which will be a future memorial of humanity.

The memory of presence is a self-learning, site-specific installation which defines itself as a future memorial. The structure collects data from its total environment(interior-exterior data income) such as natural aspects(light, wind, vegetation, animal life, water resources, ext.) and human actions(body movement, spoken language, behavioral responses, audial outcome, possible connections and values from social network).

LUIGI MORETTI fashion show for Maison Margiela

Based on Luigi's beautiful and richly assembled building, combining the surrounding and urban functionality, a newly leased space was designed for the top floor of the building. According to Milan's fashion needs, this time a catwalk venue was designed for Maison Margiela.

Inspired by the failure of surgery in the laboratory, the simulation of the laboratory and the flow of blood into the river was simulated.

7,

DRONES STATION Future development trend of drone transportation

The biggest problem of the delivery is that it can't teleport products into the homes of customers. So the idea of the project is to create fast delivery. So it means that the logistic hub of the future must be in the center of the Milan and delivery drone can provide it. Also, it provides fast delivery goods and this is the main feature for the customers.

Drones are robots usually controlled remotely by pilots, although fully-automatic drones are still in the later stages of development. Drones were originally manufactured as a safer and cheaper alternative to manned military aircraft. Today, they are still used for military purposes, but now they are also providers of efficiency in consumer toys and business operations. But in this project, drones can only be used for delivery, bringing convenience and development to the city.

42

Relevanto Ferroviario was chosen because the Centrale and railway station is an old system of delivery goods. And because of this Relevanto Ferroviario was used as the warehouse for goods that were delivered to Milan. But now this station doesn’t use this function. That is why the building is empty now. So this building is the best place where logistic hub can be, not only because of a lot of empty space and old function, also because of the location of the building. This building located almost in the city center. Also because of this, there is a lot of metro and tram station.

45

Fulfillment centers are typically large-volume single-floor warehouse buildings used to temporarily store items prior to shipment to customers," reads the patent, "Often, due to their large footprint, these buildings are located on the outskirts of cities where space is available to accommodate these large buildings. These locations are not convenient for deliveries into cities where an ever-increasing number of people live. Thus, there is a growing need and desire to locate fulfillment centers within cities, such as in downtown districts and densely populated parts of the cities." The problem of using Relevanto Ferroviario is that on the rooftop there are a lot of rails. The solution to this problem is found on the roof free space and create a vertical composition. So the decision was to create towers on the rooftop. And, because it must be drone delivery, these towers will be drone towers. And tower would make easy for drones to zip in and out as they deliver packages around a city.

WANDERLUST

“Not be able to physically travel, it certainly doesn’t mean we can’t keep dreaming about it.” According to this pandemic, we chose the photographer as the user of our project. As a profession that needs to go out frequently, functions and lifestyles do they need to change and improve. However, they need to feel as usual although, they lifestyles will change. Thus, We used wanderlust as our inspiration to develop the design. Through the arrangement of each function, each area is at a different level which combines with green area. The house has a different scenario to adventured as wanderlust who likes to travel around the world.

The space in wanderlust house is separately by diving in public, semi-private, and private spaces. Since separate space, each space can have a private green area, get more natural light and ventilation. The house also has different layers of spaces that keep a social distance from each other but still have a connection. Furthermore, each space integrated with green areas thus the house will have lower green areas and higher green areas which is a green roof.

68

Wanderlust house aims to create a new normal house for photographers if they are in a quarantine situation. They might have different experiences in their house because they are adventured in a different layer of space the same as they are traveling to different places.

WANDERLUST Ⅱ

“Not be able to physically travel, it certainly doesn’t mean we can’t keep dreaming about it.” When I was attracted to the term "wanderlust", it came from a friend of my photographer who had to suspend filming projects and conduct some activities due to COVID-19. Therefore, it also triggered our various occupations, during the period of isolation at home, what do we really need, what kind of space we should be in, what kind of environment will give us good emotions, and what space do we need. Based on this pandemic, we chose photographers for our project because they, as a profession that needs to go out frequently, really need to change and improve the functions and lifestyle of their houses. However, they need to feel as usual, but their lifestyle will change. Therefore, we take wanderlust as our design inspiration. By arranging each function, each area is at a different level from the green area. This house has a unique scene, like a wanderer who likes to travel around the world. "While we may not be able to physically travel, it certainly doesn’t mean we can’t keep dreaming about it."

LIVING AREA After the completion of the WANDERLUST project for the first time, after trying to investigate and understand, I also have more ideas about the word WANDERLUST. How can we let people control their wanderlust in the house? In the last project, we gave the main elements and ideas of the house to be interesting, challenging and green.

Many steps were added to the environment, making the entire terrain full of different levels and layers. This time, I started from the function, Comfort, and homeowners’ hobbies and habits have brought new surprises to the house. For example, the way people isolate themselves from the outside at home, the activities at home, how the indoor environment is connected with nature, the mood brought by the environment, the indoor functions required by the photographer, etc. In terms of housing development trends, people are more enthusiastic about the keywords of nature, environmental protection and ventilation.
