Candidate Placement and Aftercare: One of the principals that Huxley work towards is having ‘Common Courtesy’ to all our candidates that we interact with, we pride ourselves in giving a first class customer service to our candidates by: • • Keeping constant open lines of communication • Feeding back to candidates promptly at each stage of the process • Being honest and transparent with candidates about the roles we submit them for • Keep job alerts and roles as relevant as possible for our candidates • • We use NPS (Net promoter score) surveys to capture feedback from candidates that we submit for job roles. We use the feedback from these surveys to aim to constantly improve our service. • • We aim to meet our contractors on site within the first 2-3 weeks of the candidates starting, to ensure that they are settling in well and to obtain feedback on how the role is going for them. • • The consultant that places the candidate is given the responsibility and will be the point of contact for the candidate. They will help them with the timesheet process and invoicing. They will also be tasked with meeting with the candidate every couple of months. • • For contractors that are placed we will endeavour to look into the possibility of an extension around 6 – 8 weeks before the end of their contract. We appreciate that the candidates have mortgages and bills to pay and want to try to give them a strong continuity of work so that they perform best for our clients. • • Each candidate logs their hours using our workflow system. This is a one stop shop for their timesheets, expenses and invoicing. Each candidate has their own login and can benefit from a variable payment option and automated invoicing. • • We have partner companies that can help candidate with the correct set up for a placement.
