STEP 1: DIAGNOSIS It's impossible to chart a path anywhere if you don't know your starting point. We begin our time with you understanding, reviewing and assessing your current business assets and performance. We approach this in two stages. Firstly, by doing a deep data dive to get a view of the facts. Then it's about facilitating a dialogue between key people in your business to get total agreement on the priority issues. We assess the business against: 10 core areas that are the basis of your business's strength. 5 power areas that dictate your business's capacity to innovate. The qualitative cultural aspects that can't always be measured, but most definitely matter. If you're serious about driving lasting change in your firm, undertaking diagnosis is a must. In most cases the second stage - our face-to-face session - is a hugely valuable experience for business owners, giving them absolute clarity via an external perspective of what the real issues holding back development might be.
It frequently results in those insightful "lightbulb" moments Audere prides itself on being associated with. Post-session, you'll be provided with a high-level snapshot analysis of the result. STEP 2: ACTION PLAN There's a world of difference between knowing what to do, and planning to do it. With agreement on priority issues, it's time to create a great action plan with 4 vital elements: Creative insight, that can only be driven by taking a team outside their normal environment. Absolute clarity of what success looks like and unity of purpose. Step-by-step identifcation of tasks required to deliver the desired outcomes. Ownership of initiatives by those with the right skills and mindset to make them happen. All planning sessions are run offsite over the course of 1-2 full days, usually at outstanding locations specifically selected as environments conducive to great thinking. It's here we aim to do as much of the groundwork as possible, getting the whole team engaged and creating the single-page business map, so we can then move to start implementing quickly. This is where we also talk about the ongoing measurement of success, so we know when we’re on track for growth and when we’re not. You walk out of this session with a plan of what needs to happen quarter-by-quarter to achieve the growth targets we all agree to, and who is going to do what to make it a reality.

STEP 3: REALISATION The secret to inevitable success is the right activity applied in a consistent manner over a sustained period of time. Helping our businesses realise their investment in coaching is about 3 ongoing activities: Regular face-to-face monthly coaching meetings, to make sure it's getting done. Concerted ongoing tracking of key success metrics. Ongoing workshopping, to adjust plans and upskill your team where required. Monthly meetings are less about talking about needs to happen and most often about getting 80% of it done there and then. This is where we design marketing, work out pricing, sort out staff management, plan campaigns, design processes and more – all "working on the business" things. In many cases where it's needed, we'll run specific training sessions or 1-to-1 coaching for team members in need of development.
There’s also a big slice of accountability, ensuring plans don’t come to nothing.
