Letter from the President
Dear Friends of St. Francis Catholic High School,
Welcome to our Revelry Diamond Jubilee, a celebration of the 75th Anniversary of St. Francis Catholic High School, and the tenth year of our Revelry Auction Gala! This evening celebrates the legacy of St. Francis and commitment to our mission and educational ministry. Our hardworking Revelry chairs, Maria Reid Vail ’82 and Diane Geremia McLaughlin ’82 forged a lifelong friendship at St. Francis more than thirty years ago as Troubadours - the “Winnie the Pooh and Tiggers!” Today, they join together demonstrating the lasting relationships fostered at SFHS and their commitment to service as parents of current Troubies - Christina ’19 and Jacqueline Vail ’17, and Megan McLaughlin’16. Their time as Troubadours, just like that of their daughters, is “Four years that last a lifetime!” The Revelry Committee has worked tirelessly over the last several months to prepare for this spectacular evening having poured incredible time, creativity, and passion into every detail of the celebration. We extend a special thank you and recognition to our Presenting Sponsors Katina Rapton (Lexi Karres ’17) and John E. Cook, Jr. in memory of Sandra Geary Cook ’54 (Cathleen Cook Asmann ’79 and Laura Cook ’81). Through the generosity of our Revelry guests, the “Hands Up for Troubies” items over the years have enhanced educational programs and our beautiful campus. This year we continue the opportunity to raise a paddle to provide a much needed facelift to the heart of our campus - Serra Court. As the breaking of bread brings us together as a faith community, our outdoor environment should draw us together and enhance our gathering. With the completion of our state-of-the-art dining hall, we will enhance Serra Court with additional seating for outdoor gathering, community celebration, and for play time. On behalf of the young Troubies who benefit from your generosity, the faculty and staff of St. Francis - partners in educating your daughters, I offer my sincerest gratitude. You help provide a life-changing experience, offering opportunities to know God, appreciate their unique gifts and talents, and understand their responsibilities in the world and be of service to others. With your support, “St. Francis graduates young women who change the world.” In the Spirit of Pax et Bonum,
Margo Reid Brown ’81 President

Letter from the Chairs
Dear Diamond Gala Supporters and Patrons,
Tonight we come together in celebration of the 75th Anniversary of St. Francis Catholic High School. We are honored to serve as Co-Chairs of the Revelry Diamond Gala and thank you for joining us this evening. As alumnae and current parents, St. Francis holds a very special place in our hearts and we have greatly enjoyed continuing that SF bond and legacy as our daughters become fellow Troubadours. After all, once a Troubadour…always a Troubadour! Over the past many months and with the support of our amazing committee, we have worked together to make tonight a success for the benefit of this incredible school. The funds raised by Revelry help keep our foundation strong and enduring. It is through the continued success of Revelry that St. Francis Catholic High School is able to offer exceptional curricular, spiritual, artistic and athletic programs to our Troubadours for 75 years. We extend a very special thank you to our sponsors who were key in reaching our goal this evening, most especially our Presenting Sponsors: John E. Cook, Jr. (In Memory of his wife Sandra Geary Cook ’54) and Katina Rapton and Mel Rapton Honda. Joining them as Platinum Sponsors are Lisa and Michael Koewler, Angela and Rick Lavezzo, Sandy and Mick Malaney, Pacific Coast Building Products, Inc., and Nancy and Rob Sbisa. We are grateful to these and the other event sponsors for your deep commitment to the mission of St. Francis Catholic High School. This event is the result of the many talents and extreme dedication of the Revelry Diamond Gala Committee-what an amazing group of volunteers! Your creativity, devotion and organization have made the Diamond Gala a reality and we are forever thankful to all of you. We would also like to acknowledge several individuals who were instrumental in the success of the Diamond Gala. Melissa Deiro, Katie Brunetti ’03 and the entire Advancement Department – your energy, patience, and dedication to the St. Francis community knows no bounds. You truly make a difference in the lives of our Troubadours and we are so lucky to have you guide our efforts! On a daily basis, the many St. Francis faculty, staff and administrators commit themselves to the ministry of educating our daughters and helping them to live full, responsible and meaningful lives. We thank you for your dedication to all of our daughters. Finally, a very heartfelt thank you to our family and friends who have supported us throughout the many months leading to tonight. Your support and encouragement sustained us on this journey. Enjoy the night and let’s raise our glasses (and paddles!) to toast 75 years of St. Francis Catholic High School! Many thanks and blessings,
