Floral, Décor and Lighting We require that fl oral, décor, and lighting for your special day be provided by one of our Preferred Floral Vendors. An Event & Floral Designer will meet with you at the venue to ensure that your expectations are met.

Each of our vendors is recognized for creating customized arrangements to complement the unique style of your wedding event, as well as the color scheme. We welcome photographs or magazine articles that may depict your ideas, enabling designers to replicate a concept or tailor the decor to your specifi c requests. You can expect our skilled fl oral professionals to deliver the most distinctive and exquisite fl oral creations. Prices for fl oral services off ered will vary depending on décor, the type of fl owers chosen, the size of the arrangements and seasonal availability. Preferred Event & Floral Designers will provide: Ceremony Décor, Reception Décor, Lighting, Linens, Personal Flowers and Lounges.

Wedding Cakes Our hand-selected cake designer will assist you in creating a custom cake that refl ects your personal style and taste.

Entertainment We require that a St. Joe Hospitality Wedding Expert approve all entertainers before you enter into a contract. A copy of the entertainment’s contract, rider and proof of insurance must also be provided at least 60 days prior to your wedding. In accordance with county noise ordinances, all music must conclude no later than 10:00 p.m. indoors and 9 p.m. outdoors.
