Lakeside $280++ per person

• A minimum of 100 guests is required for Friday or Saturday. • A minimum of 50 guests is required for Sunday through Thursday.

February, March, September and December

Lakeside $265++ per person

• A minimum of 100 guests is required for Friday or Saturday. • A minimum of 75 guests is required for Sunday through Thursday.

July, August and January

Lakeside $250++ per person

• A minimum of 50 guests is required.

++24% service charge and 7% sales tax will be added to per person pricing.

Your wedding includes:

• Ceremony & reception site fees • Preferred vendor list • White folding chairs for the ceremony • Expert team of service professionals to include servers, bartenders and wedding manager • Four hour premium brand bar serving, spirits, beer, wine, sodas, bottled water • Tables and chairs for cocktail hour and reception • Selection of hors d'oeuvres to be passed at cocktail hour • Choice of strolling or plated dinner • All china, silverware and glassware • Dance fl oor

• Custom wedding cake • Chilled bottle of sparkling wine for the wedding couple at cake cutting • Complimentary indoor back up space for inclement weather dependent on guests count • Complimentary stay at the WaterColor Inn for the wedding couple on the evening of the wedding • Ceremony rehearsal for weddings of 30 or more guests so everyone involved is aware of their surroundings and the fl ow of the event
