Review Race-Related Curriculum

St. Luke’s Board of Trustees is now more racially diverse and more accurately reflects the demographic composition of the student body.

An Equity and Inclusion Board Committee has been established and is co-chaired by a Trustee and the Director of Equity & Inclusion.

Anti-racism and anti-bias professional development has been increased and there is a renewed effort to recruit Black teaching faculty, administrators, and students.

St. Luke’s faculty are being guided through a curriculum review to understand how race is taught in content and teaching methods to identify gaps and shortcomings, and recommend improvements.
