Natural stone is a product of nature. Veining and color will vary from one tile to another and no two tiles are alike. You will see pattern and slight color differences between the material selected but there is nothing wrong with the stone. This is part of the stone and acceptable under our standards. ◊

Up to 7% breakage. damage or inconsistencies in quality of material is considered acceptable and Stone-Mart is not liable for that material. We highly recommend ordering 10% extra material for cuts and waste and to have a few extra pieces in case something chips or cracks during installation. ◊

All approved returns are subject to inspection. Stocking items may only be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and must be in full cartons only. Stone-Mart will not accept picked through or leftover material. If accepted, returned items require a 25% handling and re-stocking fee.

Deliveries cannot be revised within 24 hours of the scheduled departure date. Deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Missing or damaged items need to be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by the receiver and driver. No claim will be accepted for any reason after installation.

Before your material is installed, make sure to check over everything and ensure that what you receive is what you ordered. If the material for any reason is not satisfactory, please contact your sales representative and we will advise of the situation before installation.

Stone-Mart is not responsible for discoloration of materials after delivery acceptance. Materials are deemed accepted if not rejected in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Stone-Mart is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen products after delivery. Installation constitutes acceptance.

All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
