In order to meet the different operating conditions of loader wagons and customers' individual requirements, PÖTTINGER now offers the EUROPROFI 4510, 5010 and 5510 as combined loader/transport wagons. Multi-purpose, even more output and equipped with 1.53" / 39 mm short chop capability, these new loader wagons are ready for action.

The new EUROMATIC+ rotor mounted on self-aligning roller bearings is even more capable, rugged and designed for a long service life. The high capacity loading rotor has eight rows of tines (16" / 800 mm diameter, Durostat 500 fine-grained steel) with 0.98" / 25 mm wide scrapers to ensure perfect chopping quality for a low power requirement. Maximum loading performance without torque peaks ensures uniform chopping and high compression in the loading chamber. The individually slotted and bolted scrapers ensure a low power requirement.

N This newly-developed additional support roller is located behind the middle of the pick-up. Thanks to the unique parallelogram guidance linkage, it ensures significantly improved contour tracking for clean forage. Being located in the centre prevents it from sinking into tractor wheel marks.

The loading rotor is driven by the rugged splined input shaft via a sidemounted bevel gearbox. The gearbox is designed for up to 162 kW / 220 hp. The PTO shaft is protected to 1800 Nm for 11% more drive power.
Lowered scraper floor

The scraper floor has been lowered at the front by 5.9" / 150 mm so that tyres up to 710/45 R 22,5 can be fitted. Powerful floor chains ensure rapid unloading. The forage is conveyed upwards to the rear, leading to uniform and smooth discharge. A 2-speed motor is available as an option.

N The chopping system has been completely re-developed with 35 knives for a theoretical chop length of 1.53" / 39 mm. The knife bank is conveniently swung out hydraulically to the side from the tractor seat using the operator terminal.

The newly-developed front wall can be equipped with a 2-function front flap to enable a rapid change between loading and transport mode, controlled from the tractor seat. The automatic loading system is equipped with two sensors. Compression is adjusted using pressure springs to provide an ideal match to the power of the tractor.

The two beaters facilitate uniform unloading thanks to a new, more powerful and aggressive design of beater (twist design). The automatic discharge system ensures uniform distribution.
