WHY STONEY CREEK? We have always loved fishing as much as we love hunting. The ocean spray in the face, the thrill of the chase, the hours on the reel. It’s the challenge of going up against and putting your skills and gear to the test against an elusive master of their own domain. Whether it’s a stag in the bush or an apex predator of the sea - the pursuit requires ultimate dedication, precision and purpose-built gear to give you the ever important edge.

Our team wanted the very best technical gear out on the water as they have when hunting. River or lake, inner harbour or deep blue – we wanted gear that performs, that lasts and protects. So we trawled the world over for the most advanced technical developments that would give our fishing community the edge on the water. It’s taken us four years of research and development, with a lot of secret testing over the past two sport fishing seasons to develop a performance-based range that meets the Stoney Creek standards. OUR BACKYARD FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS. This year, Our Backyard Trust, Stoney Creek and Tauranga Sport Fishing Club are combining forces to raise funds and a team of volunteers to be involved in our first ever Tauranga Harbour & Ocean Clean Up Project. With the goal of cleaning up our own backyard and removing loads of harmful rubbish from our marina, ocean and harbour ecosystem, the purpose of the project is to protect our waterways and marine life, and to further encourage other people and businesses to support the initiative and the on-going protection of our valuable natural resources. The project will be funded by donations from key sponsors, local businesses and families, as well as receiving generous funding generated from the Jackpot being run at the 2022 Stoney Creek One Base Fishing Tournament in March. Being based out of the Tauranga Sport Fishing Club, the event is planned for the 14-15th of May and we are looking to build teams of volunteers and supporters for the project who will be part of dedicated Clean Up Squads that will work across the Beaches, Harbour, Marina, Boat Ramps and Carparks across the general Tauranga Harbour area. fabric softener or chlorine bleach. Powder detergents include artificial scents, UV brighteners and abrasives that will reduce the life of the garment.

WARRANTY We guarantee our products will be free from material and manufacturing defects for 1 or 2 YEARS (depending on the individual warranty for the product). If it is under warranty we will repair it free of charge; if it is not practical to repair, we will replace it.

The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear, neglect or misuse of the product by the user or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

It is best to ask another to help so that you can assume a natural standing position. When using the measuring tape it is important not to pull tight on the tape, the tape should be without tension and sit comfortably against the body. For a natural measurement one finger should be under the tape, this allows for ‘ease and natural movement’.
