Pioneer boasts an ultra-tough 500D Oxford Polyester exterior which has been 80/20 DWR coated to repel against water, mud and dirt. Pioneer fabric features a hydrophillic membrane which is 100% waterproof, windproof and breathable, along with a 40D brushed polyester tricot mesh lining which has been Ultra-Fresh® Antimicrobial treated.
ThermoTough is a multi layered baffled fabric construction. The hardwearing outerface is a Durable Nylon spandex woven mini ripstop. The welded baffles feature downproof TPU membranes to hold and protect the fill inside. The soft touch stretch 50D polyester knitted lining is comfortable and non clammy against the skin.

UltraLite is a waterproof, windproof, fabric option. It has a DWR treatment onto the 300T 100% Polyester pongee face. The PU membrane is a versatile lightweight entry level rainwear protection. The 20D Polyester Tricot liner is antimicrobial treated to stop bacterial growth.

EXTRA TOUGH FABRIC Extra Tough 3-layer fabric is extremely durable and is resistant to tearing when working. Lined with a windproof breathable membrane and micro-fleece liner for warmth. Extra Tough is easy to look after because it has a DWR treatment to repel dirt and stains.

Highly durable and lightweight, Microtough is made from a polyester micro yarn. The highly resistant outer face has a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating that sheds water and repels dirt and stains. Developed by, and exclusive to, Stoney Creek.
This scent controlling technical fabric blends the softness and breathability of cotton, with the high performance wicking and rapid dry times of technical synthetics. Coffee grounds are woven into the fibre which helps absorb sweat and diffuse moisture, speeding up dry times. Odours get trapped within the fibre and are released through washing or sunlight.

SILVERDRY FABRIC
A 180gsm weight fleece using a densely woven, lightweight, pure hydrophobic micro-yarn you get high warmth-to-weight ratio without the usual weight and bulk of traditional fleece. Can be used as an versatile mid layer in changeable weather, or as a next-to-skin layer in cooler weather.
SilverDry: Silver fibers are impregnated into the fabric reducing any bacteria growth as well as odors. The natural built-in wicking fibers draw moisture away from your body to stabilize your body temperature and maintain comfort. Light to wear and fast drying, Stoney Creek’s SilverDry is an ideal summer fabric.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS AFTER USE
MERINO - WASHING
To get the best performance from your Stoney Creek product and to extend the life of the product, you must:
To extend the life of the garment and for best performance, always wash cold hand or gentle warm (below 40°) machine wash using mild soap. DO NOT use fabric softener or chlorine bleach. Bleach destroys the Merino wool fibers, and fabric softener coats those fibers—reducing their ability to naturally manage moisture and regulate body temperature. Lay flat on a rack to dry, avoid direct sunlight and do not tumble dry.
• Clean the product after use. Wipe off any dirt, grime, sweat with a cloth. • You must ensure your product(s) (eg. rain-wear, insulation, mid and base layers or accessories) are fully DRY before you store them away. • The environment where you store your garments must be dry. • DO not store in a cram bag or screwed up in a heap. • Dirty, damp clothing kept in a dark damp place will become mouldy and will no longer function as well or last as long as a garment that is looked after properly.
WASHING To extend the life of the garment and for best performance, use a small amount of non-scented LIQUID detergent. DO NOT use powder detergents, fabric softener or chlorine bleach. This is important because powder detergents include artificial scents, UV brighteners and abrasives that will reduce the life of the garment.
RESTORING DURABLE WATER REPELLENCY (DWR) If you notice that the water is not beading off the outer surface it’s time to replenish the DWR. Wash your jacket through a standard wash cycle (use liquid detergent), then you can wash it again using an in-wash DWR replenisher (at 30°c). Dry the garment at a LOW temperature in a tumble drier (for NO MORE than 15 mins) or air dry.
CARE FOR FOOTWEAR To extend the life of the footwear and for best performance, leather footwear must be waxed or conditioned BEFORE first use. After use, footwear must be cleaned with cold water, allowed to dry in a cool or warm place - DO NOT dry with excessive heat - then waxed or conditioned again.
