Using premium grade carbon fibre, repairs and upgrades are extremely strong, durable, lightweight, cost effective and reliable. It’s ideally suited for a broad range of applications and environments that require strengthening against seismic movement, restoring and increasing carrying capacity, aperture trimming, column confinement and upgrading.

CarboComp is available as both pre-engineered laminates and in a variety of fabric types to suite project needs. CarboComp Plus is a unique multi directional vacuum formed carbon fibre laminate that allows the use of bolted end restraint, giving designers greater flexibility in use. This is particularly useful where site limitations such as shear walls, columns, drop panels and through slab penetrations would otherwise impact the viability of the design.

Complete package can be supplied and installed by Stonhard with engineering support Highly trained approved contractor network Proven durability Fireproofing design options

APPLICATIONS • CarboComp fabrics for wrapping columns and shear strengthening of beams, column confinement, brick facade retention, and timber repairs • Laminates for flexural strengthening • Aperture trimming • Increased load carrying capacity • Change of use • Restoration • Upgrading • Timber beam restoration • Steel beam repair and restoration

Carbocomp Plus is a unique, vacuum formed, multi directional Carbon Fibre laminate which can be restrained using mechanical fixings. This patented technology allows Stonhard Construction Solutions to adjust design to compensate for site conditions, low strength concrete and curved structures that would otherwise be impossible to strengthen.
