Despite increasing pressures of a mechanised Earth there is a common bond and understanding between the youth. Gone are the days of representing a post code or area, augmentation and virtual reality is the new norm. The youth have forged a new realm, welcome to Sector 2045 - a new space universal space for creativity that ensures the voice of the youth will be heard. As technology playing an increasingly growing part in our lifestyles, Stööki’s Sector 2045 collection explores jewellerys wearability and how it can be a connection between wearers. Even though there are geographical distances we are all connected. The wearer proudly represents they are a part of and from Sector 2045. The hand-craft pieces made in London mix traditional hand-crafted jewellery design with a modernist and forward thinking approach. The obverse face displays a net globe detail that represents different geographical sectors and the connection between all of us on Earth.Contoured rounded edges create a minimal form warping and reflecting the wearers surroundings. The design mixes traditional and forward thinking jewellery design the woven border encompasses geometric detailing.
