Stream Cosmetics Rewards Program Terms & Conditions Welcome to Stream Cosmetics, and thank you for joining our Rewards Program. This Agreement sets forth the legal terms and conditions of participating and claiming your Reward Points. 1. ELIGIBILITY The program is available to all Stream Cosmetics Distributors provided they remained in a “BASIC ACTIVE” status for at least one month of the qualifying Calendar Quarter .(See Comp Plan section of your SSK for requirements of Basic Active Status.) 2. ENROLLMENT Existing Distributors will automatically be enrolled in the rewards program, retroactively from January 1, 2011. All new Distributors will be automatically enrolled in the rewards program effective the date of their enrollment as a Stream Distributor. By actively participating in the Rewards Program, Distributor agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the STREAM COSMETICS REWARDS PROGRAM. 3. POINT ACCRUAL  Enrolled Distributors will accrue one point in their Reward Program account for every eligible Personal Qualifying Value (PQV) dollar generated, effective the date of enrollment in the Rewards Program. (See Comp Plan section of your SSK for details on PQV.)  Points accrued for any given quarter will be carried forward up to the end of the fourth rolling quarter, provided all other conditions set forth herein have been met. Points carried forwarded from all previous Quarters must be redeemed latest by the first redeemable month following the forth quarter deadline. All accrued points not redeemed by this deadline will be automatically forfeited.  Points accrued in any program account do not constitute the property of the Distributor and are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to any person or entity and cannot be transferred to any other account.  Credits posted to your Account, including those arising from returned goods or services, will reduce the points accrued in your program account. 4. POINT FORFEITURE  Points accrued for any calendar quarter, if not redeemed by the first redeemable month after the end of the fourth rolling quarter will be forfeited.  In the event of voluntary or involuntary termination of your Stream Cosmetics Distributorship, all accrued points in your Rewards Program Account will be immediately forfeited and will not be available for redemption. 5. SPECIFIC REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS INFORMATION Please review the terms and conditions applicable to specific rewards before redeeming. Terms and conditions imposed by Vendors may apply. GENERAL REWARDS AND POINT REDEMPTION INFORMATION  All Reward Points can be redeemed during open months only which are January, April, July and October. Any forms submitted outside of these months will not be accepted.  Requests for redemption of a reward must be initiated by visiting your Stream Distributor Back Office under MY RESOURCES and completing the Stream Rewards Voucher. Completed Forms may be submitted to Distributor Support via Fax at 281-207-0420 or via email streamrewards@streamcosmetics.com.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for Processing.  Stream Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or non received rewards vouchers.  Incentive Rewards must be redeemed by Distributor on account with Stream. We will not accept forms from any person other than said distributor.  All rewards are subject to availability.  Certain rewards are available only during certain specific time periods as described under the Rewards Program section of your Back Office. Certain restrictions apply to rewards.

Redeemed rewards are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable or transferable for cash, credit, other rewards or points under any circumstances. By redeeming rewards, you release Stream and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the redemption or use of rewards or other participation in the program. Stream Cosmetics is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen, or mutilated items. Reward Points cannot be redeemed for Cash or Stream Product. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any reward at any time. Shipping and Handling is generally complimentary. However, some rewards require an additional charge for shipping and handling. Stream Cosmetics reserves the right to ship by the most economical shipping method which may include drop shipping directly from a 3rd party vendor.

7. PRODUCT REWARDS  Please note any special instructions or restrictions as you request your redemption. Product specifications are subject to change without notice and all product orders are subject to product availability. You will be notified if the item you have ordered is not available and when it will become available.  We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.  Items ordered at the same time may arrive separately.  We will ship the model pictured or the most current comparable model available (we are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors.) Items shown were the latest models available at the time of printing. We reserve the right to modify or cancel rewards offered in Membership Rewards Program Guides or in Merchandise Catalogs without notice.  We cannot deliver to P.O, APO or FPO boxes. Merchandise rewards can only be shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Any territory outside of the 48 contiguous United States may incur certain fees.  If you want to ship to an address other than your billing address, please advise the representative at the time you place your order  There is no extra charge for regular shipping and handling.  Product rewards may not be returned or exchanged.  If product rewards are delivered visibly damaged, please refuse delivery of the product and call Stream Cosmetics at 1-87-STREAM72. 8. IMPORTANT NOTICE We reserve the right to add to and/or change the Membership Rewards program ("program") Terms & Conditions at any time. This means, for example, that we may change the number of points earned, the basis on which points are earned, or the number of points required to redeem rewards, impose caps and/or fees on earning and/or redeeming points, or cancel rewards. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate the program with three months prior notice. During the three-month notice period, we may change or cancel some or all of the then-current rewards. The Distributor’s ("you," or "your") right to earn points and redeem accumulated points will terminate three months after we give you this notice. 9. GENERAL Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as cancellation of your program account and distributorship. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the program, eligibility of points for accrual, or redemptions of rewards will be resolved by Stream at its sole discretion. The determination of tax liability for any federal, state or local taxes (as may be applicable) arising out of the accrual or conversion of points or redemption of rewards in the program shall be your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for typographical errors and/or photographic errors and/or omissions in this brochure. This brochure and these Terms & Conditions supersede all previous Membership Rewards program brochures and Terms & Conditions.
