9Round Fitness Expands Hours of Operation to Include Sundays Due to increased demand, 9Round Fitness has expanded the hours of operation to now include Sundays. The new hours of operation are as follows: Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. with a midday break from 1:30 to 3 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and now Sundays from 12 to 3 p.m. The expansion in hours came about naturally as popularity for 9Round’s workouts and services has steadily grown since 9Round came to Papillion in 2018. One thing that differentiates 9Round from other gyms is that they have no class times and all their sessions are individualized. 9Round encourages any who are doubtful about starting a new exercise routine to give them a try. They facilitate fun kickboxing fitness training through 30-minute full-body circuit workouts. At 9Round, there are always trainers available to take you through the workout. They work with members of all fitness levels and make sure you’re performing exercises safely and correctly.
9Round Fitness is located at 304 Olson Dr., STE 109, in Papillion. To learn more about 9Round and their fitness philosophy, visit www.9round.com or contact Todd Vettel at (402) 817-7349 / todd.vettel@9round.com.
DGMD Hair Restoration & Lifestyle Medicine introduces BTL Emsculpt Dr. Daniel Gross, founder and director of DMGD Hair Re s t o r a t i o n & L i f e s t y l e s Medicine, recently introduced a groundbreaking new approach to sculpting the body with BTL Emsculpt. Emsculpt is the first and only non-invasive body shaping procedure that simultaneously addresses both muscle and fat, helping patients achieve next level contouring results.
#PrintProudDigitalSmart BTL Emsculpt introduces a first of its kind application of a unique magnetic field. HIFEM technology penetrates through the skin to impact fat as well as muscle tissues. Once penetrated, the energy induces supramaximal muscle contractions that are accompanied by a rapid metabolic reaction in fat cells to not only strengthen and build muscle, but also breakdown fat. This is the only technology that destroys fat while simultaneously building muscle, all while leaving the surrounding tissues unaffected. Tested in seven clinical studies utilizing MRI< CT and Ultrasound, BTL Emsculpt delivered consistent results with 19% increase in lean muscle mass, 16% reduction in abdominal fat, average waist reduction of 4.4cm, and 91% satisfaction ratings. DGMD Hair Restoration & Lifestyle Medicine was founded by Dr. Daniel Gross, a native of Omaha and a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Dr. Gross completed his surgical internship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and a research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital before moving on to work at the New York Presbyterian hospital system. After completing a fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, he returned to Omaha to start his practice. Dr. Gross can be reached at (402) 999-2329 or at dgmdmedical. com for more information on BTL Emsculpt.
NCBB Assures Donors Giving Blood is Safe and More Important than Ever T h e N e b r a s k a Community Blood Bank (NCBB) is taking extra precautions to keep blood donors and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. They’ve assured the public that giving blood remains a very safe process. If you’re feeling healthy and you’re at home looking for a safe way to get out and support the community, they invite community members to consider donating blood. A stable blood supply is a vital part of the community’s emergency preparedness.
NCBB blood drives and donor centers are places where healthy people can make life-saving donations for patients in need. As always, in order to be eligible to donate blood, you must be free from any cold or flu-like symptoms for at least three days. NCBB also takes every donor’s temperature prior to donation, and anyone who feels unwell is not eligible to give blood. Additional screening questions, rigorous cleaning precautions, and social distancing policies have also been implemented, such as cleaning donor beds in between donors and spacing donors out from one another.
