Buddas & Lounge Villa This beautiful house is located in Es Cubells 9km from Ibiza town with wonderful views to the sea and the neighbouring island of Formentera. Buddas Villa sleeps 10/12 people and is a tree-lined spectacle of 15,000m2 set in outstanding parklands measuring 80,000m2. The grand terrace entrance leads to a roomy one of two lounges with its focal point a traditional Ibicencan chimney. In this part of the house there is also a pleasantly light and well equipped kitchen and a plush dining room with a Moroccan influence. This grand property has five bedrooms all with private bathrooms, three of which feature authentic fireplaces. There is the possibility of adapting another room for use as a bedroom and there is a further bedroom for four with private bathroom that would be suitable for service staff or bodyguards. The rooms are large, light and lavishly furnished using rich and natural materials. On the other side from the bedrooms there is a laundry room, storeroom and wine cellar. There is a barbecue and external dining room for you to relax and take in this wonderful spectacle. The front terrace is covered for shade and furnished as a seating area. The shimmering lagoon shaped swimming pool with its furnished stone terrace is central point against the backdrop of palms, exotic plants and natural pines, tapering down toward the sea. An incredible sight, in and outside 3 Interspersed with the well-tended greenery there are four decorative fountains and a tennis court. If you wish to work out there is even a gymnasium. In the gardens to the rear of the main building is another small house for the possible use of employees. This has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, a small storeroom and a garage.
For your comfort all rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating.
