One of the hallmarks of the Malaysian pottery tradition has been the use of designs etched through the glazes, exposing raw clay below. Traditionally, these have been simple geometric patterns, while the glazes were basic earth-tone colors.

All of that has changed with this collection. Two elegant shapes are glazed with a light wash of bright color, and are engraved with either a whimsical hummingbird or summery dragonfly motif.

These pots are crafted from a freeze-proof stoneware clay, and are suitable for yearround outdoor use in all climates.

All of the pots included in this collection are equipped with drainage holes and have UPC stickers attached.

Whether you know them as “Bell Pots”, “Campana Pots”, or “Cloche Pots”, this shape has been a gardening tradition for hundreds of years. We’ve super-sized this classic for 2022, adding a 24” diameter pot perfect for small trees, shrubs, or ornamental grasses.

This 1/2 pallet includes 8 x 4 pot sets of our XL Cloche Pot shape. The pots are assorted in the four glazes shown here:

The gently curving vertical profile of our tall Malaysian Egg Pot has resulted in this shape being a continuing hit for our customers . The pots in this assortment are carved with a simple geometric pattern which both enhances the height of the pot, and provides a stark contrast to foliage and flowers.

The trend in pottery glazes may be moving back towards Earth tones, but that doesn’t mean that your customers are going to be shopping for basic colors. They are seeking glazes with depth and subtle color variations that also happen to fall into the “Earth tone” spectrum.

This collection ticks all of those boxes and then some - it includes two of our top Malaysian shapes, both finished with an embossed “bullseye” pattern on the upper half of each pot.

This 1/2 pallet includes 5 x 3 pot sets of our classic Nina Pot shape, glazed in the following two colors:
