The Proposed Plan Layout

Residents participated in several creative workshops to contribute their ideas and aspirations for the future of the site. As a result the community developed an outline plan, which involves housing, for an older demographic, parking for residents and some managed green space.

Plan: Tom Lonsdale, Placecraft.

Each bugalow is based on 55m2 per dwelling based from the advise Chevin Housing Association recommended. There are nine dwellings in total.
