Booth-GD Fully glazed fire doors and screens with steel frames PERFORMANCE Fire rated up to E (Integrity) 0-120mins, EI (Integrity & Insulation) 0-90min; tested to EN 1634-1. Thermal Insulation: up to U Value 1.5W/m•K° Sound Insulation: up to Rw 45dB: EN ISO 140-3 Burglar Resistance – up to Resistance Class 3 – ENV1627-WK3 SECTIONS • 50/60/70mm thick • 1.5-1.75mm thick mild steel (Stainless Steel option available) • Insulated fire resistant core A complete system of profiled sections, with fittings and accessories, suitable for surface flush, single & double leaf door configurations, fire-proof glazed partitions, doors in glazed walls, and for fixed lights. Door leaves have dual rebate seals, and the threshold can be constructed with an automatic drop seal. GLAZING • 6-39mm thick single & DGU glazing to suit application. • Pyroswiss • Vetroflam • Contraflam • Pyrocet • Pyran • Pyrostop All glazing can be accompanied with laminated and toughened glazing for insulation and security requirements.
Ironmongery BOOTH-GD are supplied with Jansen specified ironmongery to meet fire test standards, non- fire rated doors can incorporate ironmongery to be agreed. HINGES: 11/2 pair 180mm, with low maintenance friction bearings made of bronze, eccentric spindle and screw plug in stainless steel. OVERHEAD CLOSERS: Surface Mounted & Concealed are available to suit all applications. PANIC EXIT DEVICES: Stainless steel panic push bar and touch bar options, matt finish, can be used for DIN LH/RH, for access leaf and secondary leaf. LOCKS & LATCHES: DIN standard mortice Door locks, latches and deadlocks. HANDLES: Stainless steel lever and pull handles, and push plates. SECTION FINISHES: PPC finishes as standard in any BS or RAL colour. Note: Whatever ironmongery is selected all items are normally factory fitted, requiring no additional assembly work on sitework on site.
