THE TURF SHOWCASE
I
ntroducing the inaugural Fasig-Tipton Turf Showcase, the only yearling sale in North America exclusively for horses with “turf appeal.”
GROWING DEMAND Nearly 7,000 races on turf in North America in 2016. More than 40% of 2017 graded stakes will be turf races. Rising success of U.S. bred turf horses overseas has led to increased interest in American horses that can compete at the international level.
“
“This is an exciting addition to the sales calendar for Fasig-Tipton, and provides a great opportunity for buyers from around the globe to shop for yearlings with turf appeal. The Turf Showcase will offer a concentration of quality yearlings in a single session, and should interest buyers from both North America and abroad.”
