A “HYGGE” LIFESTYLE
The Scandinavian countries get so little natural light during the winter months, therefore lighting has become a huge part of their designs. The homes are designed to maximise natural light and decorated to create a comfortable interior thanks to warm, dim lighting.
The notorious “Hygge” concept is not tangible nor visible, it is experienced. It is a feeling of comfort and conviviality. A feeling of happiness and well-being. Created through an atmosphere, hygge is the pillar of Danish culture.
This concept is a lifestyle, and extends from a warm evening at home to a cozy evening stroll. Our endeavor at SIRIUS, is to evoke this feeling all year around, indoor like outdoor. We embrace darkness as we brighten up any winter or summer evenings with captivating light installations.

Our collection offers a range of LED solar products. Every year we work to develop this innovation further for the line to extend.
GREEN ENERGY
A wide range of our products are labeled with our registered trademark GREEN ENERGY. These products save up to 90% of electricity, in comparison to traditional ligh decorations.
RESPONSIBLE LIGHT/ENERGY USE
Our Danish office is designed and optimised for energy saving and light consumption. Lights turn off automatically and a modern heating and cooling system runs the building to save on energy usage.
CARBON FOOTPRINT
We aim to reduce our carbon footprint throughout our entire supply chain. We avoid moving our products with air transport and our forklift trucks are powered electronically. The distribution company we collaborate with ensures to use their vehicles effeciently and minimise CO2 emissions.
RECYCLING MATERIALS
We strive to use reusable and recyclable materials. Our packaging are made of carton and our logistics department sort wastes out responsibly in respective collection centers.
Light decorations are professionally made from aluminum, to remain strong and imperviable to corrosion over the years. From project conceptualisation to completion, we promise the best solutions designed for your specific needs.
CONNECTORS
AIRTIGHT
Using quality connectors is of high importance, especially for outdoor projects, where the light installations are naturally more vulnerable and prone to contact with water. Strong connectors will prevent this contact.
UV-LIGHT RESISTANCE
RUBBER CABLES
Rubber will boost the quality and lifespan of your project, by protecting the cables from the sun’s UV-light. It also has a higher resistance to rougher weather, such as freezing temperatures.

Our light systems are designed for simple project building.

START SETS
As indicated in the name, a start set will start your succession of light chains. The start sets come with a plug to connect to a socket. Start sets are essentially supplement sets attached to a power cord.
SUPPLEMENT SETS
As indicated in the name, supplement sets are supplements to your start set or power cord. A supplement set alone will need a start set or power cord to turn on. Supplement sets can be connected in succession, one after the other, to form your desired look.
Our connectors are designed to accelerate the installation process of your project through a quick and easy use system.

The cold dark days were near, and Århus wished to bring a little more joy to the people of the city. SIRIUS covered the streets in a starry night sky and turned the city into one magical shining moment.

The SIRIUS headquarters is located in Allerød. Madsensvej is Allerød’s main street, leading to the train station. Holiday shopping is always more fun when the Christmas spirit is in the air, so the lane was transformed into a magic pathway to the Christmas tree.

ÅRHUS SALLING
Salling is an iconic shopping center in Denmark. For the Christmas season, Århus wanted to give the people a better shopping experience by decorating the building facade into a big installation. The passersby could enjoy Salling’s gift to them while shopping for their own Christmas presents.

A popular attraction in Copenhagen is Hôtel d’Angleterre’s annual illumination. A big crowd gathers every year to witness the moment and enjoy the long awaited Christmas atmosphere the decoration reflects.
Hôtel d’Angleterre wanted an installation representing cosiness, elegance and warmth. The decision was quickly established on this substantial and wealthy curtains. The magical lights drape down the beautiful facade, revealing the rest of the installation.

Tryg, an insurance company in Ballerup, decorated their street with lights during the dark winter days. This was to offer warmth and security to the passersby.

Heartland is a popular Danish festival rich of culture. From talks to contemporary art, the guests can immerse themsevles with live music accompanied by a delicious food scene.
Heartland’s mission is to bring people together through forming communities and entertaining experiences. The festival is hosted around the stunning surroundings of the Egerskov castle, on the island of Fyn, Denmark.
