Interior design is much more than simply following the latest design trends There are several key interior design concepts that play vital roles in the design process of any space We have created concepts for each space in your home based on your chapter 's vision From space plans to color palettes, your design booklet will help you to visualize the final look.

Think of interior design concepts as elements that work together to create a cohesive and beautiful room As your interior designer, I will use these concepts throughout the design process to develop your vision and bring it to life.

INSPIRATION
Following the beautiful blue and pink hues of the Delta Gamma brand colors, we will create a house full of southern charm. This variety of blue with gold and acrylic accents will transform the chapter house into a classic and feminine space.

The foyer is in good shape, but could use a little refresh An updated pendant light, small storage solution under the stairs and the option for an elegant wallpaper on the back wall of the stairs will set the tone for the new look of the chapter house

The furniture layout for option one will allow for symmetry and balance in the chapter room With the seating arrangement centered, this will allow for the open display shelves to flank the main wall that bumps into the room, a new cabinet with storage and a small study / meeting table on the side wall. Updated lighting and art will brighten up the space and make it ideal for lounging or entertaining.

The furniture layout for option two will be similar to how the room is arranged at this time Again, creating symmetry in the space is crucial to the overall function Instead of a larger cabinet, we can incorporate two shelving piece with lower storage as a solution We will also add the small study / meeting table and updated lighting. A longer bench will be placed under the composite and can be used to add extra seating and a pop of color and pattern.
