EDITOR'S NOTE Hey Key Clubbers! Tis the season to be jolly! Now that the end of the year is approaching, I've been reflecting on Key Club's 2019. We've achieved so much these past couple of months from meeting our fundraising goal (numerous times at that!) and passing 1000 miles on Charity Miles. I'm extremely thankful and proud of you guys: members, volunteers, and peers! Remember to keep up the grind and read till the end. Happy Holidays! Yours in service, Rachel Joh Editor of Stuyvesant Key Club IKEYA Board 2019-2020

Hey everyone! We’re in the last stretch of the year, which means that *drumroll please* it’s almost break time! Unfortunately, before break, you all have to make it through the week of tests that teachers like to pile on us ; ( (I’m crying on the inside). However, what the break is also great for (hehe, break and great rhymes) is Key Club!! With the break, I sincerely hope that you guys attend more events and fundraisers and anything else that we host. In addition, you guys should all definitely come to our last meeting of the school year, where we will have great food, great music, and great people. It’s going to be holiday themed and a lot of fun. Thanks to everyone who pulled up for our past events, fundraisers, and meetings. It’s been such a great year with all of you guys, and I hope the next year will be just as great. See you guys all when the ball drops!

Leaf Crunch
By Rachel Joh The sharp wind sliced at our faces and raindrops fell into these fresh wounds making our faces sting. Volunteers were tasked with raking the fallen leaves from the park. To our dismay, the rain weighed down the leaves and mixed them into the mud. That means we had to put twice as much effort into the process but we lifted the mood by cracking a few jokes. Although the event had to end early due to the weather, it was all worth it because we were all imbursed with snacks! 25
NYSoM Thanksgiving Palooza Event
By Sammi Chen The NYSoM Thanksgiving event in Brooklyn was a festive celebration of generosity and appreciation prepared by the community for the community. Close to a hundred volunteers from schools all throughout New York City were present to help set up the event, overlook dozens of craft tables, as well as distribute food and prizes to the guests. Some volunteers dressed up in fun, whimsical costumes to entertain the children, while musical 26 performances on stage entertained everyone at the event.
