Margaret raises 1K for Dementia UK

Seventy-eight year old Margaret Riley, from Rochdale, successfully completed her fundraising challenge to walk a mile a day in February to raise money for dementia UK.

Margaret commented:

“I was overwhelmed by raising £500 for Dementia UK. My mam died with the disease twenty years ago and it is an awful thing. I would like to thank John Swindon from JD Alexander for matching the amount raised a truly wonderful gesture. This means a thousand pounds for the cause! Thanks to everyone who supported me.”
