You’ll need:
60ml LouisB Limoncello
60ml ginger beer
15ml fresh lemon juice
1 strawberry
4 basil leaves
Method:
Start by muddling the strawberry and basil in a shaker. Add lemon juice and LouisB limoncello and shake well. Strain into a short glass filled with ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon or basil. Enjoy!
