For the experienced travellers who have done it all, we’ve got a new one for you! As the first of its kind, Barrel View Luxury Cabins is a venue like no other being the only place in Australia where you can sleep in a giant wine barrel – and it’s right here in our glorious Queensland countryside!

Situated on 40 acres of private bushland, the cabins offer spectacular views of the Granite Belt region – otherwise known as Queensland’s very own wine country – with over 50 vineyards and cellar doors. Secluded and tranquil, the Granite Belt is home to many natural experiences to re-engage with nature, reset, and enjoy the changing landscapes such as winery tours, national parks, and apple or strawberry picking. It’s also known to be the coldest place in Queensland, a particular attraction for cool-climate lovers, especially when it snows!

Having just opened a little over a month ago, this new venue is excited to welcome travellers to the romance and luxury of a stay at Barrel View. When staying here you can expect to melt into king-sized bedding, snuggle into fluffy robes, sip on the region’s best Strangebird wines, enjoy the uninterrupted views of regional wine country from your private deck, and soak in pure bliss with birdsong in the distance.
