We are a local, family run business based in Penarth, offering delivery to all Cardiff neighbourhoods and areas of the Vale. Our small business started out as just a hobby, cooking meals for friends and family who were time conscious and struggling to put together a healthy meal after the gym and at the end of a busy day.

This quickly grew, and we realised there was an opportunity to provide balanced food for busy lives, with nutritious meals and without compromising on flavour.

The business was run alongside our full-time jobs, and last year, we took the plunge to leave the safety net of our employment so we could focus on our dream and give it our all.

To give a bit of background on what we’re about, we are a meal delivery service, with a healthy twist. We source fresh, clean ingredients, transform them into healthy, delicious meals and deliver them fresh to your home or workplace twice a week.

Our meals are portion controlled and calorie counted, high in protein and packed with nutrients. Our aim is to take the stress out of mealtimes and make healthy eating as easy and enjoyable as possible. No more hassle with shopping, prepping, or calorie counting. Instead, you’ll receive homecooked meals that taste as great as they make you feel. Freshly made from our kitchen and delivered to your door.

Alongside meal prep, we also have also had the opportunity to provide meals to a number of different sports clubs across South Wales. We deliver high quality breakfast, snacks and meals to staff and players, fuelling them during training sessions and matches with a high protein, balanced meal.

It’s easy to get started, simply select your plan on our website, choose your meals from our monthly changing menu, and leave the rest to us. All you’ll need to do is reheat (or not if you’d prefer them cold!) and eat whenever you’re hungry.
