Dryad is an outdoor sportswear brand, based in the Black Mountains. Our first collection is women’s running wear, made from second-life fibres, including recycled polyesters. We developed our clothing based on insight from real runners, from all over the world, concentrating especially on cut and fit—we know that comfort while you’re moving is important. Design and style cues are directly influenced by nature and the beautiful mountain wilderness that surrounds us. Eido, our running short, recently won Editor’s Choice in Women’s Running magazine, and Runner’s World put us at no.1 in their list of environmentally friendly brands. More rewarding though, is the direct feedback we get from our growing community of runners—they also hold us to account on matters of sustainability and help us improve our products.
