The Thirty-One Gives Round Up! program invites Thirty-One Gifts Customers and Hostesses to be part of the Give by choosing to round up their order to the nearest dollar or make a donation of any amount to support our mission of empowering girls, women and families. If your annual donation exceeds $250 you can expect to receive a receipt after the calendar year end. For annual donation less than $250, please save your order confirmation as your donation receipt. This program is designed to promote the sisterhood of giving, where small change adds up to build strong confident girls, who grow up to be strong women leading healthy families. Place of Contract By placing an order you are making an offer to Thirty-One Gifts Canada Inc. which can be accepted or rejected by our staff in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. If accepted, orders become payable immediately and if paying by credit card, charges will be posted to your credit card account upon acceptance of the order. Processing of your payment shall constitute notice to you of our acceptance of the order. Rejected orders will not be processed and any funds provided on the order date will be refunded in full. Delivery Charge You will be assessed a standard delivery charge on your order, whether it is shipped to you, your hostess or your Consultant. If you would like an order direct shipped to you, you will also pay a direct ship fee in the amount of $6.50 (“Direct Ship Fee”) in addition to the standard delivery charge we assess on your order. 1. We will not assess you any additional delivery charges when you contact us, and we send you: (a) replacement product as a result of our manufacturer’s defect (“Replacement”), or (b) a product that we failed to include with your original order (“Missing Item”). 2. Delivery charges are taxable. 3. Thirty-One Gifts expects to deliver orders within 28 days from the date your order is submitted by your Consultant.
BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL You may cancel this contract from the day you enter into the contract until 10 days after you receive a copy of the contract. You do not need a reason to cancel.
If you do not receive the goods or services within 30 days of the date stated in the contract, you may cancel this contract within one year of the contract date. You lose that right if you accept delivery after the 30 days. There are other grounds for extended cancellation. For more information, you may contact your provincial/ territorial consumer affairs office. If you cancel this contract, the seller has 15 days to refund your money and any trade-in, or the cash value of the trade-in. You must then return the goods. To cancel, you must give notice of cancellation at the address in this contract. You must give notice of cancellation by a method that will allow you to prove that you gave notice, including registered mail, fax, or by personal delivery.

Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, please contact your Consultant within 90 days of the shipment date of your order. Personalized items may only be returned due to our manufacturer’s defect or upon further review by Thirty-One Gifts. For a Replacement or a Missing Item request, as defined above in the Delivery Charges section, we will not assess any additional delivery charges to you when we ship a Replacement or Missing Item to the original address on your order. Additional charges may apply if you request a different shipping address from your original order. Effective 1 March, 2017, for a product exchange request not due to our manufacturing defect (“Product Exchange”), such as when you change your mind about a product you ordered and want a different item, we will assess our standard delivery charges to you when we send the Product Exchange to you. We will also charge you the Direct Ship Fee as set forth in the Delivery Charges section above, if applicable. Taxes on delivery charges may also apply. Effective 1 February, 2017, for a refund request not due to our manufacturing defect, such as when you change your mind about a product and want a refund on that product, we will not refund to you our standard delivery charges or any Direct Ship Fee, if applicable, that you paid on your original order when we issue your refund. We will only refund the price you paid for the applicable product and any taxes directly assessed on that product, and we will not issue a refund on any taxes directly assessed to you on delivery charges. This paragraph does not apply where a contract is cancelled pursuant to the statutory Buyer’s Right to Cancel described above. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, and Thirty-One Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you return an item you purchased with a gift certificate from Thirty-One Gifts, we will place the applicable refund back on the gift certificate (less any applicable delivery charges and taxes, if applicable) and in accordance with our Return Policy. Ninety-Day Limited Warranty Thirty-One Gifts warrants to buyer that its products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment of your product order. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions or normal wear and tear. Personalized items may only be returned due to a manufacturer’s defect or upon further review by Thirty-One Gifts. If the product should be found defective within 90 days from the date of shipment of your product order, we will elect to repair or replace it at our option, with no cost to buyer and in accordance with our Return Policy above.
