DIGITAL PRINTING INFORMATION

INK COLOR-MATCHING: NO CHARGE for CMYK values. Exact color match is not guaranteed

Digital printing is technology that requires full color photographic images. Monochrome designs may cause printing failures and not satisfying final result. Sublima is not responsible for any failures, which comes from wrong design and disrespect of technology requirements.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: File submission for all custom decorating may be emailed to post@sublima no and must include your purchase order number in the subject line

Acceptable formats for digital printing is pdf, the minimum requested dots per inch is size is 300 dpi, CMYK All object of design / artwork must be ensure on 3 - 5cm away from edge /3-5 cm blind space/.

Acceptable formats for embroidery, laser engraved logo and jacquard: in curves, vector file.

Artwork fees/for separations, typesetting, touch-up, minor copy changes, etc./ are billed at 590 NOK per hour with a halfhour minimum.

VIRTUAL SAMPLES: Submit artwork and detailed specifi cations to sublima@sublima.no. Allow 48 hours.

DELAYS: Sublima is not responsible for late deliveries by carrier or due to acts nature, terrorism, war or strikes.

SHIPPING METHOD: For customer arranged carrier, customer is responsible for arranging pick -up during warehouse working hours. Contact carrier to confirm pick-up and provide details to Sublima.

SHIPPING OFFERS: We can support with transport prices, based on sourced o ers from many logistic companies We are not responsible for changing of the transport price. Customer is obligated to accept the transport price change or to arrange transport for goods by yourself

SHIPPING CHANGES: Must be made at least 72 hours prior to ship date

RETURNS &CLAIMS : Requests for merchandise returns must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of merchandise Customer need to provide detailed information about claim , preferably to send photos In 5 working days after claim is pretended , Sublima AS is obligated to send statement Customized products are non - returnable If by any chance Sublima accepts a claim for customized products , Sublima is not responsible for the transport costs for the collecting /returning back / sending the goods . If claim is accepted , customer must return the claimed goods to Sublima on own expenses . After the goods are returned in the warehouse a quality control is followed Based on the QC protocol the claim is accepted fully / partial/non-accepted and the credit note is issued accordingly Mass production have up to 2% quality tolerance Up to 2% of shipped goods may content acceptable defects

PRODUCT WARRANTIES: All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 days from the invoice date Do not place tape or stickers on the terry products since this may cause damage and will void any warran - ty. Do not store the goods in wet and overheated places.

COMMERCIAL/INSTITUTIONAL USE: All products are intended for individual promotional use. Warranty explicitly excludes commer- cially laundered products and those used for institutional purposes

TOWEL CARE: Prior to first use, wash digital without tumbling program Some ink washout is possible, but wash separately to prevent any other damages Never wash printed towels together Do not use bleach or launder commercially
