Home bus interior The owner had just buy a bus to make a new home bus. The designer should include a living room, kitchen, dining room and 4 bed sized in bedroom in this home bus. Freelancing Competition entry *awardeed with 3/5 stars from the owner* (2021)
CONCEPT Flexibility. Flexible layout and furnitures are important to add more function in this tiny home bus. Dual functionality has applied to save more space and make this house still comfortable to live .

Catha Space Bioskop Dian is one of the many heritage buildings in Bandung that has experienced functional problems over the years. Since its opening in 1930, Bioskop Dian has changed its building function for several times. Initially, Bioskop Dian was designed as a cinema named “Radio City” but, in 1990, their visitors has decreased drastically due to people’s preference for watching movies in more modern cinemas.

Pendopo Bandung Site is located around tourist spot. With this strategic location, Catha Space is expected to attract visitors to come to the market and buy products from local brand. It will help the locals to promote their works widely and thus growth the economy.

FUSO Population growth has increased dramatically due to progressive urbanization that leads to a land shortage in Jakarta. As the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta still has its charm to be a life-changing city for people all around the country. Nowadays, a home based office are a thing to fulfill their needs. This type of office could save more money and give tons of flexibility of room arrangement to the owner. A Home office is also legal based on goverment regulation. CONCEPT Stacked activities. Fuse home office divided 3 activities (private, living and working) and stacked them into vertical arrangement to optimize land use. The privacy area, interaction area and working area are divided with different eye level for privacy-purpose and also interaction-purpose.

CONTAINER HOUSE There are a lot of alternative materials to build a house. Shipping container is one of them, It has some advantages such as less time consuming for construction and low in budget. The family who lives here are a pair of parents with 2 children. The father works nine to five jobs, the children still on their teenager years and a housewives mom. This family needs a house to filling those needs.

High ceiling as a thermal control and gives a spacious area for airflows. It also makes room on first floor spacious
Pandanaran Office Tower The start-up growth has been increasing since several years ago. According to Minister research, technology and education Mohammad Nasir, the amount of start-ups in 2017 increasing 359 companies than 2016, with the total amount up to 661 companies. This is a good sign because the innovation could push Indonesian economy to a better level. An infrastructure which support this innovation is needed. Pandanaran Office tower is a rent office which can used by any type of headquater or small scale start-ups. Academic assignment (2019)

Green design Pandanaran office tower used a concept of green design by applying EDGE Software guideline. EDGE Software is an innovation of International Finance Corporation (IFC) for green building certification system focused on making new residential and commercial building more resource-efficient.

Massing have 14,5 of building depth and 24 m of building length. According to its needs and regulation, this building have 11 floors.
building orientation rotated 29,5 degrees facing north to increase energy saving. This rotation left building with 20 m building depth and 12 of floors.

EDGE STRATEGIES OFE01 (Window to wall ratio) This building facing north to minimize sun rays and increasing energy saving. OFE04 (External shading devices) External shading devices used to prevent sun rays and allows sun light to come with reflection of shading and lightshelf.
OFW01 (Low flow Faucets) low flow faucets are applied in every bathroom. The base unit for each faucets is 0,35 Gallon per minute (GPM) OFW04 (Dual flush for water closets) Dual flush for water closets are applied in every bathroom. The base unit for flush is 1 GPF and 1,6 GPF OFW06 (Rain water harvesting) Rain water gets filtered and used for watering landscape OFW07 (Grey water treatment)
Despite energy saving, the office area needs to reach natural lighting standard which is above 250 lux. The result of daylight analisis with ecotect shows this building fill the standard with 330 lux.

GREYWATER SYSTEM This system reuse greywater (from floor drain and sink) to flush toilet with filtered system berforehand. Greywater from sink and floor drain from each floor gets collected through pipe toward water treatment room in basement. Grey water flows to Sewage Treatment Plant then filter and after that gets pumped to Treated rooftop watertank. From there, water distributed to bathroom for each level to flush toilet
RAINWATER SYSTEM Collected rainwater from rooftopflows through pipe towards water treatment room in basement. In this room, water get treated with filter (aqua cell unit) then flows to treated ground water tank. The treated water can be used to watering landscape and carwash faucets in groundfloor
Daan Mogot Subsidized Apartment The need for housing in Jakarta is increasing over time. The limited availability of land has resulted in expensive land prices in Jakarta as well as housing prices. Responding to this problem, the government issued a solution as stated in the Vision and Mission of DKI Jakarta Development in 2030 to develop housing that supports urban productivity with a sustainable vertical development strategy. LOCATION This area is included in the master plan for the development of the Daan Mogot Rusunawa, which was initiated by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, covering an area of 176,098 m2. This program is a development of 8 blocks of existing apartments. Site is located at Jalan Daan Mogot KM 14.5 Pesakih, RT.3 / RW.14, Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng District, West Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 11750.
CONCEPT Green Design. The concept of this building is a Green Building based on EDGE (Excellent in Design for Greater Efficiencies) which was initiated by IFC (International Finance Corporation). This concept emphasizes the relationship between building design and consumption of energy, water and materials so that with certain standards this building can be declared a green building. But, this project was focused on energy and water only. This design is based on data from a comparative study of several similar buildings (subsidized apartments) located in Jakarta and its surroundings. Data in the form of types of residential units, the ratio of the number of dwellings and the facilities provided are one of the references for programming this task.
