Once upon a time, in a faroff land, there was a Word Weaver named Alma. She was a magical being with the ability to weave words into enchanting stories that could captivate any audience.

Alma lived in a small cottage nestled in the heart of a dense forest. She spent her days wandering the woods, collecting inspiration from the natural world around her. She would sit by babbling brooks, listening to the gentle flow of the water and the songs of the birds. She would watch the leaves dance in the wind and the sun glittering through the trees, taking in every detail with a keen eye.

When she returned home, she would light a fire in her hearth and settle into her favorite armchair. She would take out her quill and parchment, and with a flick of her wrist, she would begin to weave her stories.

The words flowed from her pen like magic, twisting and turning into tales of adventure, love, and loss. She would draw her readers in with her vivid descriptions and masterful storytelling, leaving them spellbound until the very last word.

Alma's stories were sought after far and wide. People from all over the land would make the journey to her cottage just to hear her spin her tales. She would sit in her garden, surrounded by listeners, weaving her words into the air until the stars came out and the fireflies danced.

But Alma was not content to keep her talent to herself. She believed that everyone had a story to tell, and she wanted to help them share it with the world. So she began to offer writing workshops, inviting aspiring writers to

The unplanned maintenance of a unit of Sual power plant was given a green light by the DOE following an assessment meeting held last Tuesday, together with the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines and the TeaM Sual Corp. (TSC).

TSC initially asked the energy authorities for a maintenance shutdown from

April 21 to 23, or for a longer period of seven days from May 5 to 11.

“The DOE, however, assessed that if the maintenance would be a longer seven-day duration on 5-11 May 2023, it would result in a possible yellow alert, or worst, red alert on Weeks 18 (1 to 7 May 2023) and Week 19 (8 to 14 May

2023),” it said.

Instead, the generator slot bar repair will be done around June or July, according to the DOE.

“To avoid worsening the technical problem while waiting for the scheduled repair, Sual Unit 1 operates at a derated output of 580 MW from its full capacity of 647 MW,” it added. (PNA)
