I TATA SOLAICA MAAD , of legal age, Filipino, with postal and residence address at Rorog Agus East, Marawi City, Lanao del Sur, respectfully state that;

1. I am the only surviving legal heir of the late MACAUMBOS LAWANSA DIAMLA , who died intestate on December 25, 2017 at Rorog Agus East, Marawi City without leaving any indebtedness;

2. The late MACAUMBOS LAWANSA DIAMLA left the following properties ; a. Deposit account/s with the LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES under account number 1261-2218-25; b. Indicate other properties,if any ;

3. Pursuant to Rule 74, Section 1 of the Rules of Court, I hereby adjudicate unto myself the above-described deposit account/s and properties without judicial proceedings as prescribed by the afore mentioned Rules of Court.

Revocation of Special Power of Attorney

Know all men by these presents:

Whereas, sometime in June 2022, I, Elda D. Moses , have executed a Special Power of Attorney, naming and appointing Annabelle Abregana as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for the purpose/s and with the power set forth in the instrument including to sell and receive payment from buyers pertaining to Lot No. 12503-C consisting an area of 8,179 square meters more or less situated in Tubajon, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental which was ratified and acknowledged before Atty. Evangeline Tadlas-Carrasco.

NOW, THEREFORE, I have revoked, countermanded, annulled and made void, and by these presents do hereby revoke, countermand, annul and make void the said Special Power of Attorney and all powers and authorities therein granted and conferred upon said attorney-in-fact Annabelle Abregana.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I signed this revocation of special power of attorney in Cagayan de Oro City on May 08 2023.
