Projects designed and implemented during this phase include a Residence, Three Apartments and Two Row-Housing villa projects. As a young Architect starting a career, it is difficult to get high budget clients & individual clients with whom the Architect enjoys higher design freedom as well as scope for creativity. The projects given by small/ upcoming builders lead to maximum site usability, FSI, and vaastu compliance. The scheme drawings play the vital role in such projects. Implementing sustainable principles in small projects gives us a sense of socially responsible to the environment. Further look for opportunities to enhance my design skills and provide practical solutions through the window of Sustainable Architecture.
