Brand ing Intern al Inform Communica Jo aJon M anage n ment


BRANDING •  Synergy with VP OGX, VP ICX, VP TM to work on maitaining brand on TMP, TLP, oGIP, oGCDP, iGIP, oGIP. •  Final responsible for the Local Materials’ alignment to the national brand (from posters, flyers to sales materials) •  Development of training materials and sessions on Branding •  Educate all LC members on AIESEC Identity in order to form brand ambassadors


Internal CommunicaJon •  Managing virtual spaces internal to EB. •  Coordinate the LC Newsletters


IM Designs and PromoJon-­‐ Virtual and Physical, offline and online EduccaJon of myaiesec.net and other virtual spaces.


Job •  To audit, manage and develop AIESEC Brand •  To expand physical and virtual penetration of AIESEC brand. •  To overall develop and execute AIESEC Kathmandu’s communication, branding and media strategy for all 4 ELD programs. •  To create and promote the brand message for each of the 4 ELD programs. •  To continuously improve and manage the AIESEC Kathmandu virtually (web and social media) with the aim of attracting more stakeholder.


•  Coach members on each of the above through conference and relevant resource creation. •  To understand and use the global information system and ensuring that the same is being used to boost the growth of AIESEC Kathmandu. •  To identify the needs for additional IS to provide services that might not be provided by the Global information system. •  Content creation of all the virtual and physical branding materials for AIESEC Kathmandu. •  Effective and efficient team management.
