Dear Architect, I wanted you to be aware of Jack and Sally Morbeck’s lot in Lake Creek Meadows. It is currently the only unimproved flat building site in the canyon, is bordered to the north by Lake Creek’s ponds and streams, comes with excellent water rights, and is situated in one of the valley’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
