• It should come as little surprise that after two months, 2022’s are already lagging quite a ways behind 2021’s record pace. The historically limited inventory will limit the amount of possible closings for at least the next couple of months.

ONE NUMBER THAT JUMPS OUT

• The 10 commercial sales thus far in 2022 is worth considering. With all the discussion about remote working and office space, to have that many commercial sales in two months is a good sign for the local economy.
