Private / Semi-Private Volleyball Lessons

Volleyball Hitting Camp

Training sessions are aggressive, move quickly and insist on focused and driven young player(s). Group sessions must have 3-12 players.

If you can serve, you can hit! If you can jump, you can block! This camp will focus on all aspects of hitting and blocking; the basic footwork, how to get the most lift out of your approach, hitting the less-than perfect set, backrow attacking, team hitter coverage, transitioning from a hitter to a blocker, and blocking both single and with a teammate. You do not have to be tall to hit and block! Come swing hard and develop your hitting and blocking volleyball skills.

This is “Prepare for Club” or Select Volleyball Training. Athletes will receive 1-on-1 instruction including position training, conditioning/jump training, and team development concepts. Small group training will increase the number of “touches” and allow for complimenting player development training (backrow specialist may dig, while hitters hit and setters set). Small Training Groups must be prepared prior to enrolling. Please consider player(s) work ethic, skill level, volleyball goals, and age.
