The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of
programs, (recreational, educational, and creative) covering a multitude of age groups and varied abilities. Come play one of the fastest growing racquet sports! Pickleball is played on a badminton court with a low net like tennis. A wood or composite paddle along with a wiffle-type ball is used. Think of it as pingpong mixed with tennis on a badminton court.
Equipment is available for members use in the League Office. 2 regulation-size racquetball courts: Reserved Court: This court can be reserved by members up to 48 hours in advance by calling (512) 255-7871 x1 or x2. Challenge Court: This court is used on a firstcome, first-serve basis.

Taekwondo The Brushy Creek ATA is part of the American Taekwondo Association, the premier North American organization dedicated to the martial arts discipline of Taekwondo. Our programs engage both the mind and body; we focus on improving fitness, strength, flexibility, and self-defense skills, as well as maintaining a positive mental attitude. Holiday in the Park with Craft Fair & Jingle Run 5K Kick off Holiday in the Park with the Jingle Run 5K. Families are encouraged to participate in the run then stay and enjoy Holiday in the Park. The annual Holiday In the Park will include a trackless train, bounce castles, face painting, performances by local groups, crafts, cookies, holiday craft show*, hot chocolate and pictures with Santa. Don’t forget your camera! 5K registration - see page 11.

Community Camp Out Kick off your Spring Break Plans with us! Camp out as a family at Community Park! Families can bring a tent, enjoy activities, food, Movie in the Park, and sleep over in the park as a family. Each family must register to reserve a spot in Community Park where they will setup their tent and supplies for the night.
Egg Hunt 2018 The District invites everyone to the Annual Egg Hunt at Cat Hollow Park. Hunt eggs, enjoy pictures with the Bunny (bring your own camera!), enjoy bouncy castles, face painting, hoppin’ fun games, prizes and more! Each egg hunt has its own designated location and are divided into age groups. Arrive early to locate your child’s hunt area, and be ready to start at the designated time. Don’t be late!
