For custom screen printing and embroidery orders, there is a standard turnaround time of 5-7 business days from art and order approvals. For promotional item orders, the turnaround time is typically 7-10 business (not including ship time). SCREEN PRINTING: Price is based on quantity, type of apparel being ordered, and the print colors/locations. There is a minimum order quantity of 12 pieces per design, and you will receive prices breaks at 24, 50, 100, 300, 500, 1000 and 2500 pieces. You receive price breaks on apparel regardless of size, color and cut as long as the logo/design is the same on all items. Art is always charged on the first order and is billed at $40 per hour. This fee covers the artist’s design time and preparation of the art file and films to be printed. Most new designs can be done within 1-2 hours, but please let your sales representative know if you need to keep a particular art budget. If you supply camera-ready vector art files (typically .ai or .eps) this will lower your art time. Set-up costs for first time orders are $25 per color per location. If you reorder the same design and there are no changes with the art, the set-ups fees drop to $8 per color per location. There is a color change fee of $10 per color assessed if the ink color needs to change within the same design. EMBROIDERY: Pricing is based on quantity and stitch count of the art, but there is no minimum number for embroidered items. You will receive price breaks at 6, 12, 24, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000 pieces. There is a one-time digitizing fee of $50 billed per logo, which covers any logo up 5� wide. If your logo exceeds this size the digitizing cost may be more, but 5� wide covers most standard embroidery. There is a thread color change fee of $10 per color assessed if the thread colors need to change within the same order. * We can also embelish apparel with glitter inks, foil, rhinestones, appliques and heatpress.
