Project type: 6000 km to the isel of Man (Commercial Interior)

In this space, we’ve created a commercial space that’s designed to be customized, so it can be used for multiple events. You can rearrange the space to meet your needs, and you’ll have plenty of storage units in case you need them. We’ve also made sure that the design is built with marketing strategies in mind, so you’ll get more sales out of your investment!

One of the most important features of this space is its central bike display. This temporary structure can be moved and changed into a stage at any time, so you’re able to adapt it to your needs as well. For example, it could be used as a cool backdrop for an event on the weekend; or maybe it would make an awesome venue for a concert during the week. Whatever the case may be, there are lots of possibilities!

The flooring throughout this space is made up of different materials that give it an authentic garage feel—from grimey concrete floors and graffiti-covered walls to metal scaffolding and plywood walls covered in illustrations of bikes on the road.

A hotel and restaurant in Selam, Tamil Nadu, Hotel Grand estancia is well known for its renowned cuisine and hospitality. As an extension of the existing structure, they wanted to add an outdoor dining and bar counter, where parties can be held. The design is done keeping Floral/ Tropical contemporary aesthetics in mind. The area is divided into segments, poolside seating, Bar counter, live kitchen, and Garden seating.

The design features fresh greenery with a touch of traditional Indian flair. The poolside section is designed to be more laid back and casual while the bar counter is designed for more formal events. The garden seating area is also designed to give guests a sense of privacy so they can relax and enjoy their time at the restaurant without being disturbed by unwanted noise from other areas within the hotel grounds!

14 acres of land have been developed into plots with other amenities, such as parks, clubhouses, cycle tracks, resting points, and pause points. The site is inspired by the existing mango grove in this plot, where we’re trying to retain as many trees as possible and replant them if needed. hoping to create a niche in nature for the community.
