Sukant Panigrahy
Production Designer | Art Director | Film Maker Sukant Panigrahy is the name to reckon in the top league of most creative & aesthetic production designers of Indian Film Industry. He is known for his passion for working on subject oriented projects of huge scale and scope. His filmography is bejewelled with successful films like Gangajal, Dev D, Chak De India, Ek Tha Tiger, No One Killed Jessica which have earned him prized Nominations & Awards like Film fare Award, Zee Cine Award, Screen Weekly Award for best Art Direction. His other facet is of being a keen artist, environmentalist & social activist & he has been working tirelessly for environmental awareness & waste management by making art out of waste. His art work is featured in Kala Ghoda Art Festival, Art India Fest, Mood Indigo, DLF-Delhi, Cycle marathon-Hyderabad, Wassup Andheri, Mahamumbai food festival, Arthop etc. & have been covered by media worldwide. He is associated with major national & international Art & Film schools like the Film and Television Institute India, Whistling woods as a visiting faculty.
