FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER PROGRAM

The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) is a Canadian immigration program that allows skilled foreign workers to apply for permanent residency in Canada. To be eligible for the FSWP, applicants must meet the minimum requirements, which include a certain level of language proficiency in either English or French, at least one year of work experience in a skilled occupation, and a minimum level of education, among other criteria.
