A Squoodle is a very buoyant square shaped noodle which we will sit on suspended in the water like sitting on a trapeze. It is a core and balance workout to sit on the Squoodle. Webbed gloves for the hands add extra resistance for a great arm workout. A fun and effective workout in the pool.

Wednesday
A no-impact, free weight, floor work class, incorporating exercises at the bar to tone and firm your buns and arms! Circuit training incorporates both strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full-body training session. Be ready to reach your limits with this fast moving workout.
Core Strength
Push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your body weight and dumbbells, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, as well as experience an increased calorie burn.
Cycle Revolution
Designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. Sixty minutes of fun-filled leg-strengthening, core-stabilizing, heart pounding and calorie burning excitement. You decide the intensity.
Fusion Yoga
Fusion is a blend of various classic yoga styles. Beginning with deep breathing and a no impact warm up, followed by flowing sun salutations and standing postures. We will challenge ourselves with balance postures and then finish our practice seated and lying on our mat with Yin style postures. Fusion is a comprehensive experience that addresses strength, cardio, balance, and relaxation.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga combines physical exercise and mental discipline, with the goal of integrating and invigorating both body and mind. It consists primarily of poses, known as Asana, designed to increase strength, flexibility, and controlled breathing, known as Pranayamic breathing. Poses range from novice-level poses to poses that can challenge even an experienced practitioner. Movement and breathing are used together to help you flow smoothly from one pose to the other.
Mat Pilates
Focusing on strength, precision, and flow of movement, you will learn and practice the key concepts and principles of Pilates to improve overall body tone and mind-body conditioning. Practice concentration and breathing to strengthen the core, improve posture, balance, flexibility, and to reduce stress. Sculpt a leaner, tighter body in a controlled, non-impact class based on traditional Mat Pilates. Mat Pilates is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages and is especially beneficial for those experiencing low back pain or recovering from a muscle injury, as the workouts are self-paced and progressive.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is gentle, calming, and therapeutic, and incorporates props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. It’s about slowing down and opening up the body through passive stretching. During long holds, your muscles relax more deeply. Props are used to support your body so that you can hold poses longer. Postures adapted in a supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets are available to eliminate unnecessary muscle strain. (Appropriate for those dealing with injury or sensitivity)
Slow Flow Yoga
Move through daily life with more energy, less pain, greater ease, and better focus; release excess tension while safely performing a variety of yoga movements designed to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and range of motion. Join us for this slow paced Mind-Body class; a contemporary blending of skeletal yoga poses designed to stretch muscles and deeply relax the nervous system gently. Slow Flow Yoga is a perfect class for beginning yogi’s, those with specific physical needs, anyone rehabbing an injury, or individuals looking for a mental break from the chaos of daily life.

Postures are maintained longer to allow the body to sink deeper exploring your yoga edge. Breathing and relaxing is the focus of Yin.

This event is a forum for the most inspiring independent films of the year. Films made of passion and action lead us from authentic exploration to environmental heroism, from the farthest reaches of the earth to the deepest community activism. Get ready to awaken your senses while exploring the beautiful mysteries of our universe through the craftsmanship of storytellers, artists, extreme athletes and adventurers. advent u r efil m . o r g / seattle
Full schedule of films and ticket sales coming soon! About Adventure Film Festival: As an international community of risk takers, provocateurs, artists, dreamers, athletes, activists… every year the international Adventure Film selection committee selects the very best and most inspirational films that cover risks both mighty and absurd; tap the fringes of the unknown; and portray those experiences that bring us to the edges of our seats with our hands over our eyes or our fists in the air. Adventure Film celebrates, supports and “ties in with” those who wish to inspire and fire the creative kilns of transformation and awareness. We believe in the power of the story, the narrative of adventure and awakening. We believe we have an opportunity and responsibility to challenge and change the world we live in.
