At Suncadia, the safety and well-being of our guests, associates, members, and community is paramount. The Resort is following the Washington State phased operation procedures. Thus, various outlets and amenities may offer limited hours of operation or capacities during your visit. Please review important details below, as well as the actions we’re taking to keep you safe, and what to expect when you arrive at the resort. It is our mission to keep everyone safe and healthy and as our guest, we thank you for honoring that mission while you visit Suncadia Resort.

W H AT T O K N O W B E F O R E YO U G O ! ARRIVAL For all accommodation types, check-in is at The Lodge. As you arrive at The Lodge, please follow the directional signs for each accommodation type. For assistance, our Bell Team will be available to assist. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE AT FRONT DESK, LODGE LOBBY Please maintain social distance during check-in or while waiting to check-in. Masks are required and we encourage you to have a photo ID and a credit card ready to present at the time of check-in. *This should match the reservation. MASK REQUIREMENT Masks are required in all areas of the lobby, hallways, elevators, dining areas, restrooms, and all public areas of the Lodge and greater Resort Community. If you have forgotten your masks, complimentary masks are available at The Lodge Front Desk RESORT-WIDE SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED All associates and guests are required to maintain a social distance of 6 feet from others not in your party. This should be monitored indoors and outdoors, and avoid passing others in tight spaces. SANITATION STATIONS You will find stations located throughout guest areas. We ask that you utilize them as needed, and we encourage washing your hands often before entering public areas. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES Daily housekeeping services are not currently provided, in an effort to limit contact and protect the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues. Additional items may be requested at any time by calling or texting the front desk during your visit. INSIDE YOUR ACCOMMODATION Upon entry you will notice the TV will be on. This is to give you access to TV controls via QR code on the screen. No longer will you need to use the traditional remote control. You will also notice that all printed materials (resort maps, recreation guides, restaurant menus, etc.) are available electronically. Please visit SuncadiaUpdates.com for more details. RESORT ELEVATORS To ensure safety of guests, please maintain social distance and wear masks while on the elevators and while waiting in line for the elevators. This can be done by having one family per elevator, or a max of 3-4 individuals at one time. We thank you for maintaining a safe environment while utilizing the resort elevators. For those that would like to use the stairs, please maintain social distance. POOLS Suncadia Resort Pools are currently open, however pool occupancy is limited per pool and sanitizing breaks are included in pool hours. Given current government restrictions, we appreciate your patience and understanding while these amenities operate in a new capacity. Please note that reservations can only be made 48 hours in advance of the session time, so continue to use the following link to book future sessions as they become available. Pool Reservations are available here. SPA Glade Spring Spa is currently open and offering a full menu of services. However, spa amenities are currently closed. Reservations are required and spa treatments are by appointment only. Click here to reserve your treatment. RECREATION ACTIVITIES & RENTALS The outdoors is ready for you to explore. Hiking, biking, to-go crafts and more. We encourage online advanced reservations. Check out the resort map, that includes hiking and biking trails. GOLF Is open daily through the end of October. Reserve your tee-time here. Two people per cart is allowed at this time. If you are playing as a single you have the option to be in your own cart. Masks are required in the pro shop as is social distancing while waiting to check in. Golfers will be asked to handle their own bags. Carts will be sanitized before and after each use. Club rentals will not be available per Covid-19 requirements. Social Distancing rules apply. Please do not gather in groups on the range, the putting green or the parking lot. DINING Various take-out and limited seating dining options are available on-property. We encourage reservations. We have added additional outdoor seating throughout the resort.
