with avocado mousse, micro cilantro, blistered jalapeño, and parmesan taco shells

SECOND COURSE Citrus Moscow Mule OOLA Citrus Vodka, lime juice, ginger beer,

served in a copper mug garnished with mint, lime and orange wedge

Whole blue crab, cornmeal dusted and fried, with pickled goat horn peppers and lemon aioli on brioche

THIRD COURSE The Crossroads Stovehouse Select OOLA Bourbon, bitters, simple syrup, orange peel & luxardo cherry garnish, smoked in-house with fruit wood served in a rocks glass

Confit duck hash cake, spiced rubbed duck breast, and a duck egg bearnaise

FOURTH COURSE Rosé 75 OOLA Barrel Finished Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, topped with rosé & garnished with a lemon twist
