ROPE RIDER
ROPE RIDER GOLF COURSE This Jacobsen Hardy Golf Course Design is challenging golf for all and fun for the whole family. Built along the site of the historic Roslyn Coal Mines No. 9, No. 10 and Tipple Hill, Rope Rider is named in honor of the miners who precariously balanced themselves on the roped coal cars that maneuvered the steep mine shafts. Rope Rider challenges even the most experienced golfers with more than 7,300 yards from the tips, and is perfect for family golf vacations, with youth tees on every hole and shorter three and six-hole loops for quick sessions with the kids.
PROSPECTOR GOLF COURSE Prospector is a magnificent 18-hole created by the Palmer Course Design Company. This course features dazzling views, rolling fairways and fast, medium sized greens. While extremely playable for all skill levels, Prospector’s well-bunkered fairways and numerous water features present plenty of risk/reward challenges for the more accomplished golfer as well.

FAQ s CAN I BRING GUESTS? PRIMARY MEMBER: Includes you, your spouse, and children you have under the age of 25. Unlimited access to the facilities with the ability to book sessions through your online portal. Reservations open 7 days in advance. MEMBER GUESTS: You may bring in a guest with you as long as a primary member is present with them at all times. Access fees apply. Advanced reservations required by primary member. EXTENDED FAMILY LIST: One of the most unique and amazing amenities currently offered by Suncadia Club is our extended family access form. If you submit our form with up to 12 people, they can have access to the facilities without you. Discounted access fees apply. Extended family or guests are not permitted to bring their own guests. Advanced reservations required by primary member. May be updated once per year. SUNCADIA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: If you decide to place your home in the Suncadia rental program, and guests rent through us, the resort fee they pay gives them access to the pools. They receive a link 48 hours prior to their stay to make reservations. Guests by any other means would not have access. This includes friend of owner stays.
HOW DO I BOOK A RESERVATION? You will receive a login for your own Membership Portal. Through this portal you can view your statement, sign up for member-only events, and make pool/golf/recreation reservations.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I SIGN UP? Please reach out to Ariel, our membership director, for a contract and extended family form to fill out. Once we have received your signed contract along with the initiation & current month dues payment, Membership can take up to 3 business days.
WHAT IS SEASONAL WITH MEMBERSHIP? Currently Golf and the Nelson Farm Pool amenities are seasonal, though we are a year-round membership. Membership dues and costs are over 12 months. In addition, Suncadia offers different recreation activities based on the season.
