Taste of the Cascades Food Truck – Suncadia’s very own food truck is located at the swim and fitness center, perfect for a refuel after any workout.
Nellie’s Restaurant – Nellie’s Restaurant + Bar is poolside dining located at the Nelson Farm Pool. The casual eatery offers alfresco seating throughout. Guests can dine-in or bring their meal to their
nearby poolside chaise lounge. A wide array of beverages is available at the restaurant’s walk-up bar including beer, wine and frozen cocktails. The walk-up bar is sure to be a haven for beer lovers, with 10+ beers on tap and a selection of local craft brews featured on the menu.
Mulligans – Located at the 9th hole on Prospector Golf Course, Mulligans offers golfers a quick pick-me-up mid-round including sandwiches, snacks and beverages.
Swiftwater Cellars Winery – Suncadia’s on-site winery sits atop once-working Coal Mine No. 9 which also doubled as a makeshift “winery” for the European-born miners who used local berries to craft their libations. Paying tribute to the deep history, Swiftwater has incorporated the same European influence with an American twist providing a full-service restaurant and live musical performances. A tasting of boutique selection wines featuring house blends from local and global vineyards can be enjoyed in the underground cellar.
FITNESS: Located just minutes from the Lodge, Inn and Condos, the Swim & Fitness Center is available to all guests and club members.
