A FEW THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE YOUR UPCOMING EVENT: In keeping the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff as our top priority, Suncadia has implemented the following guidelines to enhance your health and safety during your stay:

CLEANING & DISINFECTING • All shared equipment and meeting amenities to be disinfected before and after each use, or be single use if not able to be disinfected. • All linen, including underlays, to be replaced after each use. • Clean and soiled linens to be transported in sealed single use plastic bags into and out of the meeting rooms. • All staff will wear gloves and masks at all times. • Hand sanitizer will be available at each meeting room entrance.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING • All meals to be individually plated and served, or boxed for grab and go. • Dedicated servers at buffets and coffee stations. • Coffee and other break items to be attended and served by a server. • Flatware to be provided as a roll-up. • Condiments to be served in individual PCs or disinfected individual containers. • Seating capacities and floor plans to be reviewed on an event by event basis to ensure appropriate physical distancing. • Groups larger than 250 guests will not be permitted.

This historic space was once a working dairy farm and still contains the original farmhouse, log cabin, barn and stables.
